1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on CX Member memberships (Monthly R31 and Annual R365) sold by Optimized Design Operations (Pty) Ltd. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact the symposium team using the details below with the email address you paid with. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, PayFast.
Once a refund is issued, the membership time from that purchase is removed.
3. Symposium bookings
Symposium seat bookings invoiced and paid by bank transfer are handled under the cancellation and substitution terms in our Terms & Conditions.
